IDK, picture Wehrmacht private Shaggy driving with Scooby (also in field grey) riding shotgun.  in the back SS Panzer Colonel Fred sits between scantily clad Daphne & Velma.
Ace models (IIRC) do a 4 wheeler Merc staff car, examples of which crop up on 'strayan evil-bay regularly so no need to butcher the G4.

So, to project Highspeed Bomber.  Mine seems to be evolving a Japanese look.  I am not fighting this.  I have next to me on the sofa my copy of Japanese Secret Projects 2 which I will be consulting to find an appropriate manufacturer and designation.  IJN I think rather than IJA.
Having got the cross section of the fuselage to match the glazing (cutting, clamping and glueing) i've put in a bulkhead.  Pilot will sit in front of the bulkhead and there will (hopefully) be space for a prone bomb aimer.  Other crew sit in the back above the nose gear bay.  They may get windows if they behave.

Cowlings are a combination of Italian and American parts with German props.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Hey, now that's cool.  Look forward to seeing this one come to fruition.

And yeah, if you can get a 4-wheel Merc, that's better than butchering the G4.
Funny, I can see the Gang rigged out like that - all in the name of going undercover, of course!

I wish you hadn't mentioned Daphne and Velma - particularly like that. I'm having enough trouble dropping off to sleep these days as it is...   ;D

So this won't help then.

Yes, but not in the way I had intended...

Thanks, though.

Scoot - yeah, somehow we always figured she'd be the most likely to survive a zombie apocalypse...

Ah BUFFY

I still have a greater than life size point of sale cut-out featuring the one and only   . Was given it as a 50th present (At least I think it was a 50th ?)

Funky...

Sea King, while not particularly funky has reached the stage of being painted.  I've given up on PSR.  Some joints are meant to be seen I guess.  Don't look too closely at the nose.

57 ford is certainly funky but will become less so when I put on the Gotham City Police transfers.  I foiled it today.

And did I mention I started one of these?  It's a SMER repop of the Heller kit and it has a certain je ne sais funk about it...

All three of these seem to be progressing in a most satisfactory way.

Why thank you Mr Rheged.
I put the transfers on the Ford today - instant funkectomy.

Thanks folks.

Not sure if a cop car can be funky.  I'll have to grok that for a while.

Today I only had an hour at the bench.  I fitted the windows in to the Ford, horizontal tails onto the D.500 and put gloss white onto the Sea King.

WRT the second Sea King in the stash (the newer Airfix HAR3/Mk 43) I have bid on transfers for this scheme.

LOVE the look of that Sea King.

I bet that flag decal on the bow is going to be a bit of a devil to apply though!  :o
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model
