I managed to get a table at short notice, so Freightdog will be there next to new Alley Cat. See you there chaps, looking forward to the show, not the early start and 130 mile drive UP!

Looks a great show, and I see The Venerable Mike McEvoy was there too.

Your Douglas Mistel looks excellent on its new stand, a nice repair job there.  :thumbsup:
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

The venerable Mr McEvoy was indeed in attendance, despite the fact I thought he was visiting family some ware down under. A trip I now know he is taking towards the end of the month and causing him to miss the Cosford show.

Mike took great pleasure dispelling one rumor about him currently doing the rounds. It is apparently all over Britmodller that he is returning to SAM and restarting his old Tail piece, One guy who mentioned it was so adamant that the rumor must be true because he had read it on Britmodeller, he ignored Mikes comments to the opposite effect. Resulting in Mikes final slap down "this sort of untrue gossip is exactly why I dont do Forums!"
