Well thanks very much to the Academy for putting your faith in the model and to the voting panel for placing your votes. I'm suitably embarrassed, even my HAT is embarrassed and that takes some doing, but thanks to all involved, especially to tc2324 for doing such a superb job of arranging the whole shebang, and especially for the red carpet by the door too.  :thumbsup:

I'd also like to thank my Mum and Dad, my wife, my two daughters (did you know one was the RAF's Best......Oh, you did, OK) my car for getting me here (just......) all my friends, especially you lot here ;D and lastly my Hat without which I wouldn't be me.  ;D

[Exits stage left grasping Whiffie firmly by the neck with big grin]
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

First class effort tc2324, no doubt a lot of work to set up and organize.  :cheers:

Congratulations to everyone that won and to even those who didn't, there were some incredible models.  :bow:

There were some truly amazing models here and I am very humble to have won something with my beasty. A big thank you to everyone who liked it.

More amazing though was the other two nominations I received, just to be considered along side those models was the ultimate reward in itself.

Now back to the dungeon to clear bench space for more projects!
