If some vehicle maker reinvented the DUKW I bet they would sell a bunch to the tour operators so they could modernize their fleets. Yours is looking good.

I made a tour in Miami Beach and they have such modern vehicles there. However, I preferred the old ones, its even more exotic :)

A little "test-model" to try a few things with a new airbrush:

A 1/72 scale MAC model of a BTR-152. With some fictiv desert-camo scheme:

Roof removed to look inside:

I have done a few of the ICM kits of these, proper soviet era armour and a favourite of mine. Very nice build

A small build after I saw the car in a museum in Sinsheim: Mercedes G4.

A 1/72 scale Hasegawa kit, easy to build and parts fit very well. Only the "decals" are unusable, as they are little stickers that have to be cut out. Did not work very well....

So here are a few pics:

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Somewhere on the Unter den Linden might have saved the world a deal of heartache.................
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)
