A little progress. Always liked those test aircraft where an aircraft is pulled off the production line and then converted....you get those whacky paint schemes with natural metal:

AAARRGGHH...canopies next :banghead:.

Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Egads, you're fast. Looking good!

Love this one.

But do tell, is it the production version or, like the Me 262, the first prototype with a propeller stuck in the nose just to get airframe testing under way?
Cheers.

A test aircraft, the second cockpit is for an engineer with equipment. I think its a bit like the Fireball, mixed power. Maybe later versions have the intake in the nose ;).

Fantastic, and much better than the Me-163.

Cool. I like the rocket installation underneath and the clean, angled paint scheme.

Did that ever turn out nice ! Love the look of this one, especially the paint. A mix of prototype and operational. Very cool indeed !
