Made a start!
In my whifworld in 1956 Western Germany bought the unfinished HMS Leviathan to be completed as an angled-deck carrier - the new Graf Zeppelin.
With the gap in training after WW2 the Navy felt that a training version of their new Sea Hawks was necessary - the Sea Hawk T.103.

Ooh no, not to me.  Rather Grumman with a hint of Bell P-59 Airacomet I think.

Nice project! I thought of something similar recently, but using the front end of a Vampire/Venom two-seater.

BTW, if you want your pics to appear in the thread, just add around the links like this:

It has a certain Polish touch... can't tell why, but this conversion looks really good! Gotta keep that in mind.

Ditto, using parts from the Merlin Vampire T.11.  Work started last year, currently in the to-do pile.

Thanks for your encouragement!
Was worried about the nose length, but it seems to have the approximate proportions of an Aero Albatros.
Have coated the Milliput to check the shape - the wet-finger technique has worked surprisingly well.
Nose and (single-seat) spine from Matchbox Hunter. Not done any super-detailing, just boxed in undercarriage bays, drilled some holes to add some interest to wheel hubs, and fuse-wire handles to ejection seats.
Thanks also for the photo advice - hope this works!
