I am not sure whiskey is the inspiration for this design/model, but some chemicals (legal more or less) may help, all right, like LSD celebrated by the Beatles' "Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds"... ;D

Maybe yes, or maybe it was simply genuine genius... ;D

Tophe

Yes! Good point! ;D
Wikipedia swears you are very right: "The Blohm & Voss BV 138 Seedrache (Sea Dragon), but nicknamed Der Fliegende Holzschuh ("flying clog",[1] from the side-view shape of its fuselage" ;)

Fantastic Ericr!    ;D ;D ;D

Where id the clog come from and is it plastic even?
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

I did not find a near 1/1 plastic clog, so it was a single clog, a fake tourist souvenir in wood, with a brush, and I have no second one  ;)

Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

This should exist in 1/1 scale it's so logical once I see it!
