airifx valiant landing gear

does anybody know how high the airfix Valiant landing gear is, I am looking at making a Gerry Anderson type aircraft and need long landing gear but with strength also as its a large cargo transporter

Just make them out of tubes, insert the oleo into another tube with a slightly bigger ID. Should be plenty strong enough. And any length you wish !
