Time to use the stash of aged Gannets - but not as firebombers!

What, not as firebombers.  Clearly you do not understand the intent of this GB.

Wait, you mean, we don't have to build a firebomber?

I don't think I've ever seen a Gannet kit that included floats before. That'll be a new one for the FROG aficionados.  ;D
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

Would love to see a Gannet on floats!  Nice  - I did some up in 1/700 scale with Tirpitz Arados providing the floats eons ago, but not so impressive....

Good to see more Gannets Glen! ;D  Can't wait to see what you've got in store for them.
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

Thanks for the encouragement. No modelling progress, though my schemes develop, so I hope you enjoy the holiday snaps of New Zealand Gannets to be going on with.

Much more elegant than the "human" Gannet. ;D
Owing to the current financial difficulties, the light at the end of the tunnel will be turned off until further notice.

The wing fold isn't as clever though.  ;D

Clearly Mk 1. Gannets- I can tell by the demarcation lines on the flaps....

Yes I do like the "dirty" Gannet in the groove....

Here in NZ we prefer to go truly lo-viz with our Gannets ;-)

Glenn I can't wait to see how your firebombers up there turn out.
