So, been a few years since I last posted on here as I've been doing mostly real world jobbies.
Anyhoo, this is basically the result of wanting to empty out some of my spares box and rescue an old Airfix Defiant kit.
The fuselage was remodelled using Milliput and plasticard, the undercarriage was made from sprue offcuts. Wheels are Heller Tempest I think. I used Vallejo paints applied via a hairy stick!
All comments are welcome, I may not take notice of the negative ones as this was merely a fun bit of time wasting!

I'd love to see the bodywork on the turret section... the Defiant is pretty wide there, and your conversion really looks like an innocent single seater. Like the clipped wing tips, too. The whole thing looks very good.

Mossie

I like that, late variant of the P.94.  Great work!
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

That looks really good - the hard work paid off!

Nice.  I would have been hard pushed to identify it at first look.

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Gonna be disappointed, no negative comments to make. Looks really good

I do like that

From some angles she has a P-39 look about her. Wonder what she'd look like with a mid mounted engine ?

I think she's just smelled something by the look of the eyes on the shark's mouth
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Old Wombat

Needs a later Merlin (XX?) or a Griffin. ;)

Other than that ...  ;D

I like it. Great save from a not-so-nice kit. For me, every change really works!
