They're all the same - one Chinese factory is the OEM and the distributors slap some vaguely English sounding name on the device. I looked for Dental Vacuum Molding Forming Machine Vacuum Former on ebay and got these results

I've got an older version of one of these. It used to belong to Odds & Ordnance. Its nicknamed the blue darlec at home........
Simple to use and ideal for canopies and the like.
I always hope for the best.
