2016 Huddersfield Show

The 2016 Huddersfield show will take place on Sunday, 21st February 2016 at the new venue of Huddersfield Leisure Centre, Springwood Street, Huddersfield, HD1 4BP. Doors Open 10.00-16.00.

I've got the time off work so should be there from Saturday afternoon till Monday morning. I'm in the Cambridge Hotel but somehow I've reserved two rooms through Booking.com so I need to cancel one. Confusingly one has an en-suite bathroom and one doesn't, can anyone shed light on this oddity?

Martin can't make it so I have offered to go via his to pick up the display stands and some kits belonging to Geoff, hopefully the new paint jobs will be dry by then

This is all dependent on me being happy with my car at the time. Mine is due for retirement and I am looking to get a newer one by then.

Trains booked - should get me in the Head of Steam at about 12:15

Only problem is that with a hospital appointment Monday I have to leave about 15:00 Sunday, still I'll see most of the show through

Martin has sent me the official letter and the 4 wristbands so I guess I'm in charge

Seriously doors for clubs and SIG's open at 8:30am for set up. Show opens at 10:00 and closes at 17:00 although as said I need to be away earlier.

We are in Hall 2 near the entrance from Hall 1. First block on your right as you enter from Hall 1, Sharing it with 580 Modellers, IPMS Birmingham, IPMS Tyneside and Durham and the Luftwaffe SIG

I'll try and get there between 8:30 and 9:00
