A quick message to anyone attending the show this Sunday regarding entry to the show.

TRADERS ONLY will be allowed in from 7.30a.m on the Sunday morning. Clubs and SIGs will be allowed in after 8.30a.m and general public after 10.00 a.m.

I will be there with the Cold War SIG and have 12' x6', so plenty of space for anyone wishing to display their Cold War stuff.

Nick stopped by my place a few hours ago to pick up the Sig cloths and display stuff. As well as Thorvics models from SMW, un harmed ;D

Due to centre policy, the centre will not open until 8am.

Traders will be allowed in at 8am, clubs and SIGs from 8.30am.

Also the centre have left us very short of chairs.

If it is possible could people please bring your own folding chairs.

Well that was a good show. I have pics (I think and hope) but it may take some time for me to get them uploaded.

Nice to see a range of whiffs on other stands.  :thumbsup:

There were various confusions about who was taking what for whome and where: see the 'lost at Huddersfield' thread. Basically, me and Nick have everything that was left.

Really enjoyed today.  Good display from wor stand and Weaver's chairs were most welcome and indeed, rather comfortable if a bit low which made getting out a tad difficult.

Spent waaay too much money though!  Would have spent more on the discounted AZ Spitfires that one stand was selling.

A good show yesterday although despite the new location and the new facilities the look and feel of the actual hall was virtually the same apart from the far superior lighting and the bit of extra space that meant it didn't feel as claustrophobic and crowded.
Project Cancelled SIG Secretary, specialising in post war British RN warships, RN and RAF aircraft projects. Also USN and Russian warships

 Agree with Thorvic re the new venue. It was a good show with the traders coming up trumps with the availability and selection. The standards of modelling seem to gets higher every year and as Weaver says the wif word is spreading......today Huddersfield tomorrow der vorld....sorry got carried away.
I had to leave early but it was good to meet up with "the lads" and thanks to all for the work put in. The table was well presented and there was a good selection of some very well thought out subjects. I only realised I was the numpty that left his camera behind when I came to post up the pics later Sunday night. :banghead:

I on the other hand had a very quiet day looking after the family dogs,while mum and dad were in London for a British legion social do.
