How about a squadron or two of Belgian, Dutch, Danish or French fighters escape to Britain as a coherent unit, and fight in the BoB with their original aircraft hastily repainted?

Why repaint ?

In the Alt WWII scenario I've been using for years France fights on and I've built various types in French service in full French markings

Well I was thinking of just a squadron or two fighting under RAF command so they'd probably want to do it to avoid blue-on-blues with unfamiliar aircraft types. A Dewoitine D.520 or a Fokker F.XXI in their "native" camouflage but with RAF roundels would get the JMN's head scratching, wouldn't they?

Maybe the Norwegians fled to Sweden and the Dutch found their way to the Dutch overseas colonies?

The Dutch East Indies Air Force fought the Japanese so maybe Dutch pilots went to (what is now) Indonesia.
Some pilots certainly came here in '42 when the Dutch East Indies fell.
Dutch Do 24s loaded with refugees ended up in Broome where they were destroyed by Zeros on 3rd March 1942.

None of which is applicable to this GB.
