Unfortunately though as I'm not a 'chop and change' maestro as others are on here, it'll only have the kit supplied turboprops, so although there might have been an earlier Cormorant with Tynes. this one will have Pratt & Whitney Canada's

Sounds good, you do realise that as a fixed wing aircraft you could go with a different scheme to the Sea King such as the Jetstreams carried but with the Dayglo extremities ?

Cormorant sounds good, and like you say, nobody could predict that they'd steal your name 30 years later ! The prelim sketch looks good.

Okay .....here's the state of play so far

Try out of the colours on the stabilisation floats in the foreground. I'm surprised how light a grey the Royal Navy ASR Sea Kings are painted ...it looks darker to me
