I goggled Rubicon and the top answer was a rather pricey restaurant in Canberra.
Is this a model of Fatty Goering's floating restaurant/dressmakers/communications hub which he planned to use to command the air lift of the Wehrmacht following a successful landing from a strategic location on the Wey and Arun canal just South of Burpham?

If anyone wants to scratch build one of those mine sweeper rings . The Dapol turntable would be a good starting point.
