Hannants provide a service where you can pre-order items and get a 10% discount. these items are pre-packaged into the Hannants bags with a copy of the invoice and they have a separate till at the end of the till where you ask for your ordered items and pay for them. The rest of the Hannants stand have a selection of new release kits (which go like hot cakes), plus a variety of the normal stock, resin bits, paints and decals.

To order for a show collection you create a new delivery address for 'Collect from Show' and then order the items that must be in stock that you want and submit your order. You will not be charged then but when you collect the items. its probably best to print off a copy of your order confirmation and bring it with you.

QuoteIf you do not have a Collect From Show delivery address please go to www.hannants.co.uk and either register or log in and then go to Your Account > Change Your Delivery Address Details > Add An Address. Then add the Collect From Show address as illustrated. You can enter your phone number instead of ours if you want to. When you save this new address it will automatically become your default delivery address.

Next put what you want to buy into your cart and when you are sure you have ordered all that you want to buy you just send us the order. Please be sure you do not try to order any item that is not in stock. You will have to make a separate order for any other items you want as orders cannot be added to. When you are registered and logged in items placed in the cart stay there for 60 days so you can come back and add more later if you want to.

You pay at the show when you collect. If you are not collecting your order yourself please be sure whoever collects knows they will have to pay for the order.

They should also be charging you £0.05 for the plastic bag as well, so don't be surprised to see that on you invoices.

Not sure about that - In England it only applies to shops/stores/companies that employ more then 250 people, although some are still charging on a voluntary basis. Must admit I also thought it only applied to food but I'm not 100% sure about that.

Great

You will find a lot of people getting their orders first thing Saturday, if you can leave it until latter in the day and the wait will not be so bad
