JayBee

To-days IPMS show in Glasgow was, it has to be said, a little bit quieter than last years. There seamed to be a bit more open space and there were certainly a few gaps in the traders ranks.

Club/IPMS Branch displays were in the main very good.

Here are a few of my favourites :

Gondor's P1121

OGL's Luftwaffe "Frisbee"

A really nice Hasegawa 1/200 scale C-47

Murphy's war lives!

The Sig stand with Project Cancelled beyond.

And on the Aberdeen Modellers stand this Belgian AF Lightning

The rest of the photos can be seen here :

They are not in any particular order.

Alle kunst ist umsunst wenn ein engel auf das zundloch brunzt!!

Sic biscuitus disintegratum!

Cats are not real.
They are just physical manifestations of collisions between enigma & conundrum particles.

Any aircraft can be improved by giving it a SHARKMOUTH!

Gondor

My pictures from the show were not very many although I echo JayBee's description of the show. The fact there was a local football match on this afternoon might have had some effect.

Gondor's Modelling Rule Number Three: Everything will fit perfectly untill you apply glue...

I know it's in a book I have around here somewhere....

Steel Penguin

thanks for those gents
some lovely looking , and well observed stuff there
the things you learn, give your mind the wings to fly, and the chains to hold yourself steady
take off and nuke the site form orbit, nope, time for the real thing, CAM and gridfire, call special circumstances.
wow, its like freefalling into the Geofront
Not a member of the Hufflepuff conspiracy!

The Chaos

Nice Show.
Thanks for the pictures.

That looked a good show, nice pics too, what I could see of them anyway. (Viewing Photobucket albums always freezes my laptop once I've got 6-7 pics into an album. And no, I DON'T want to know that viewing it on a Mac or some other browser would solve that propblem thank you!  :banghead:)

One day I'll get to the Glasgow Show I hope.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Regards
Kit

Gondor

Better off making a holiday out of things and visit Perth instead Kit. Regardless you would be welcome north of the Border.

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Captain Canada

Lots of nice stuff there ! Your table looks excellent...love all of the Lightnings especially. Nice to see the Murphy's War ship and the Otter in there as well !

NARSES2

Yup thanks for posting gents, some nice stuff
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Thanks for the pictures - some inspiration there.
