Hey Guys, a Question has Been Bugging me for Awhile, Did the Victor Bomber Ever have a Paint Scheme with a Shark's Mouth included? I'm wondering Because i Think that Some Aircraft Just Look Right with a Shark's Mouth on them. What Say You? Thanks for Looking. Dan

They did, 55 Sqdn. painted at least one of their K2s during the Falklands War. See pic below taken at Ascension.

I'm not sure what year that was, but it was aircraft XL170 and that shark mouth was VERY short lived.

It was hastily painted on by ground crew to cover some repairs carried out after the aircraft took some damage around the nose on landing when the forward nose gear refused to extend.

the shark mouth lasted only as long as it took to get the aircraft back to the UK and into the shop for proper repair.
