Delivered from Wolfpak Decals today, their Raptors Talons set. http://www.millcreekconsultants.com/WP72-A-073.html

Markings for T-38s, an F-22 and a Marine One V-22. Of course, these will all be whiffed!

Thanks to Zenrat I bought  a 1/24 or 1/25 resin Ford Capri Mk1 on eBay. Comes with front and rear bumpers,  lights and grill.
Also bought on eBay Revell Monogram 1/24 Ford Coupe Street Rod.

The Chaos

Steel Penguin

back from the hammerhead wargames show,
for me
2 packs of Empress miniatures vehicle crews, for my airfix op herrick stuff
a second hand original GW land speeder ( the white metal one from the early 90s) but no crew, possibly a hanger bird, though I may have enough bits to crew it in the bits draw, £2.50  a total bargain less than the original price.
another Crooked dice destroyer, though I asked nicely at the stand and they sold me an extra set of arms so I can do a 6 armed version
from hysterical games a female dwarven  quarter mistress, and a command squad of Tommy orcs,  including one with a handful of char mugs
and from warbases a 1:56 mk1 male tank flatpacked in laser cut MDF and card.
and between Mrs P and myself a copy of the games workshop Deathwatch overkill board game ( some more space marines for me, but more importantly  Geanstealer Hybrids for Mrs P) at a discount that covered the petrol cost of getting to the show and back
the things you learn, give your mind the wings to fly, and the chains to hold yourself steady
take off and nuke the site form orbit, nope, time for the real thing, CAM and gridfire, call special circumstances.
wow, its like freefalling into the Geofront
Not a member of the Hufflepuff conspiracy!

Which size/scale? They could become nice space ships with 5 or 3 engines/nozzles...?

NARSES2

Get some smaller elephants and you have the Great A'tuin's babies from The Colour of Magic/The Light Fantastic  ;D
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

I do have an idea, involving the spare fuselages I have from fitting wings to various objects ... a VTOL kind of an idea  ;D
but the reverse jet version might have a spacey look indeed
