Airfix   RF-5E Tiger Eye

Monogram   P-51B

NARSES2

Just the one at MK. Vallom Fokker T.V. (early)

After reading about it's real life action in 1940 I'm tempted to do it real world but it will probably end up in NEIAF markings. Looks very nice in the box

Does that Herc have the Bloodhound kit in with it Dave?

IIRC by the time that issue came out the Bloodhound had been deleted. It was included the very first issue, in sand and brown with the white patch over the cockpit for sure.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

Oh, with the thought of an extra goodies I had to break off the wrap to see....alas no Bloodhound  :-\  Must have been as Kit had said.  It is molded in overall tan, and has USAF and RAF decals in a pretty sparse decal sheet.

I do have the Bloodhound (plus dog!) in the standalone kit....

Thanks guys.  I was wondering as I had one as a kid and it had the missile kit in it.  Must have been the first issue then. Moulded in tan.
Get another Bloodhound Dave and you could hang one under each wing.

That's good to know Jon, so thanks  I do like these pre Dreadnought battle ships and was only admiring the 1/700 ? scale ones on the Battleship SIG stand at MK on Sunday.

So if I get my 1/700 Hunt Class destroyer escort and one of these that will mean 2 ships in the stash  ;D The DE will be built as one of the ships my dad served on.

Yer welcome.

The kits can be built in their 1880s as delivered, early service condition and colours or as they appeared in 1894 at the Battle of the Yalu River,
the Cruiser Ching Yuen even includes the option of the extreme stern Gatling gun that was only mounted when she was launched at the
AW Yard in Elswick. They can also be 'waterlined' if so desired.

Cheers

They are certainly interesting looking ships.

Today I received, in a large box from the USA two 1/25 resin promo style car kits to feed my weird obsession with 4 door wagons.  Cast by The Modelhaus they are both in gorgeously smooth cream resin with nary a pinhole or bubble to be seen.
1970 Ford Country Squire

1973 Chevrolet Caprice Estate

Not cheap (to be honest probably more than I can afford at the moment) but having been procrastinating about buying them for ages I had to buy tme now as The Modelhaus is closing for good next year.

Well I wouldn't call it weird ----  I've always preferred station wagons myself. Had a Ford LTD II wagon for years before I went to a Suburban (First one was a GM, the second one is a Chev) The LTD II looked a little bit like your kit.
