The Wooksta!

I'm not listing my haul just yet, other than to say that it is large and contains a HUMUNGOUS number of Spitfires and associated Plan items.  However, I will say that I got the top green spaceship deelie from this photo, as did Willie:

New from HLJ

It'll be done with some small mods and plenty of extra external detailing as an unseen Terran Federation capital ship from "Blake's 7", named "Repulse".

He's not kidding! Lee was stacking them all in a MASSIVE box behind the SIG stand that he'd have probably needed a fork-lift truck in order to get it out of the show!  :o

I think he had more stock than some of the smaller stalls....

Relatively restrained Telford haul for me, partly due to time and partly due to 'got too much already' syndrome.

Airfix 1/72nd Westland Army Lynx - Whiff in a box of course, with it's HOTs and APX-397 sight.
ALAT (French AAC) or Syrian maybe? Or how about updated AAC HOT version with IIR sight and exhaust supressors?

Huma 1/72nd Dornier Do 27 - One of my favorite plane and the kit's OOP so couldn't say no.
BAS or German 'Antarctic Survey' maybe? Give it light weapons and drop into any bush war (Rhodesia?) or make in an RAF Vietnam FAC bird build under licence by Auster?

AZ 1/72nd Martin-Baker MB.5 - Having pestered Airfix to do this one for years, I couldn't really not buy it.
Russian lend-lease? French air force or Navy in Indo-China? Israeli, Cuban or Indian (nick marking from Matchbox Tempest)? Reno Racer? Martin-Baker ejection-seat test aircraft with an open rear cockpit?

AZ 1/72nd MB.5 Test schemes decal sheet: offers Raspberry Ripple, ETPS, Quinetic and camera test schemes.
I think all of these are too late for an MB.5 but they're damned useful decals to have!

Emhar 1/72nd North American FJ-4B Fury - dirt cheap and I've already got one that's slightly dodgy.
Wait and see.... ;)

Airfix 1/72nd Kamov Ka25B Hormone - dirt cheap and still shrinkwrapped!
Co-axial rotor donor for various helo ideas.

Master Model (Plasticart) 1/100th Mil Mi-10K - dirt cheap helicopter bits for the bits box.

1968 book from Nick - cheers!

Various supplies.

WONDERFUL idea!    ;D

In black with a thin white stripe of course?  ;)

Yep - and there are some thin white stripes in the extra decal set.

Not quite, but that box was heavy.  And it didn't include the purchases from friday or the stuff from behind the Tyneside stand I'd stashed away.  Which included an Airfix Valiant (for conversion to a B2 with the AIM set) and yet another Eduard Spitfire mk IX Royal Combo.

MB5?  Their what if sheet was awful.  Didn't work at all for me.  2TAF, an Air Defence GB option, plus an RAAF one would have been far more believable.

:drink:    Nothing like a big haul!

Also digging all the rest of the stuff everyone has been getting!

Chaos' sci fi stuff especially looks really cool.

I hope to be able to post some neat stuff soon, too.   <_<

I agree competely, but I got it anyway because they've nice decals to use on other things. You can get away with dressing all sorts of wierd sh*t up in Boscombe/QuinetiQ/ETPS schemes and it looks believable.

I had a very restrained SMW.

2X AZ MB-5. These were pre-ordered and they both had the extra transfer sheets in them at no extra cost.
4X SUU-11 minigun pods High Planes via Freightdog. These are 3D printed and look really good.
1 x BRAZ RR trent conversion for Airbus A330.
2x sheets  Experts Choice clear decal film.
3x rolls of the Tamiyas masking tape for curves, 2mm, 3mm, & 5mm.
2x jars of Mr. Hobby H77 Tyre Black.
A new pair of sprue cutters.
A load of stuff for mould making and resin casting.

Then after looking at the MB-5s I realised that I needed another one so went back and got one.

A Sci-Fi/Fantasy book from Nick's sale. Pavane by Keith Roberts. I read this years ago and have never seen it since.

Lastly, not a purchase but from Mossie some excellent Soviet Rocket pods and gun pods.

The Wooksta!

Trev, use a Tempest canopy and wheels on the Firecrest.  I'd also steal a Sea Fury prop and spinner if you can.  The Magna parts are less than expected.
