What a fantastic show!   Congratulations to all the winners, and to the other nominees as well,  who both humble and inspire the rest of us to "up our game" to [try to] compete next year. Now where's that bottle of scottish inspiration

The voting this year was very difficult! Congratulations to the winners! Thanks to tc2324 for putting this together, you're not getting paid enough!

As a non-entrant, I can only say that the winners were all excellent and deserve all the Kudos they are receiving.  As a representative of the local Yeti/Yowie group, I am glad that you have all admired my beard and run your fingers through it's hairs.  I even washed it for the occasion and so there weren't many left-over bits from dinner in it.   Well done, one and all!   ;D ;D

I have to admit, I enjoyed the Airship aerobatics display but I had to admit I believed #3's "flame-out" was part of it.  I am so glad no one was permanently hurt!   ;D ;D

Gosh I won something!

Thanks very much to tc2324 for both the nomination and organising the event (as star-studded as ever) and to everyone who voted for me.

I must a huge thank you Logan Hartke for his beautiful profile that inspired the Panther, I was very worried it wouldn't live up to his profile.

I was just happy that someone was inspired enough by one of my profiles to actually put it in plastic (and resin, in this case). I was positively shocked that—of all the profiles I've done—someone would pick such a challenging subject to bring to the physical world! It's a testament to Rich's skill that he pulled it off so beautifully!

Well done, Rich! The award was well-deserved!

Cheers,

Logan

I'll echo that! It was flattering even to be nominated, but all the winners well deserved their kudos.

Fantastic selection of hard work to choose from...and a double whammy for me by sharing the award with one I voted for . Cheered me up no end as I've been up the last few nights with the worst dose of man-flu I've ever had....actually no exaggeration required; watch out guys, this one's a killer.

Many thanks again as I'm very fond of my floatplanes .

Thank you VERY much for organizing this virtual event (after all, it's the only REAL award show. Who needs films, anyway, when you have whifs?).

And congratulations to all the winners - great work this/last year! Surely a hard job to make the pre-selection, and the final voting was not easy, either.

Yahoo, and the tiny Albatros triplane made an award - thanks a loooot!

Well done everyone.

Well done and thanks TC.

Thanks to the voters, your cheques are in the post.  I am humbled etc

I seem to have lost my watch at the after show party.  Rickshaw, can you please check in your beard to see if I left it in there when I went in to rescue Weaver.  It's an unobtanium cased Roleks on a  thylacine leather strap.

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Congratulations to all the winners and to all nominees as well!!

A remarkably good show. Congratulations to all involved in any way! In particular, the organiser/president of the academy, who surely deserves a REMARKABLE ACHIEVEMENT award for all of his work.

Tremendous effort on the part of TC2324 for organising this so a big thank you

The quality of the winners was outstanding as were all the nominees. When you get a chance to look back at a years work via the wiffies it makes you realise just how many quality modellers we have.

So here's to 2016 or 2017 (I'm still confused ) and don't forget to make those nominations lads, it's easy...honestly

PS : What Airship ??????  ;D
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

congratulations to the winners :)
and a big applause to TC for taking the time to organise the awards show
