Thanks for voting for my model folks and re the certificate it seems my email program wont accept it because it thinks it is a dangerous attachment lots of writing in red scares me from trying to open it

Thats weird, I sent them from my office email so it should be safe??

Download and install Libraoffice. It has a powerpoint clone in it's suite and it's free.

You should also be able to save the PPT as a PDF through the software, similar to a JPG export.
