Going to the Ridiculous Extreme groupbuild?

Most of the WHIFFS seem to be at least (marginally) plausible so .... could we have a GB that lets us do absolutely ridiculously extreme builds? Like Wright Flyers powered by Avons and with floats? Or Spacecraft shaped like Spanish galleons with deckchairs? Or F-15s with single man exposed gun turrets? Dodge RAMs with T-50 turrets and flamethrowers? Cheerleaders dressed in combination Nazi / Ironman costumes? Fw190s with multuiple Flax 88 cannons and biplane canards? Please. I'll even play Moderator if you want. Who do I bribe?

Tanks with legs, paddle steamer battleships, small cars with ridiculously huge engines, ornithopter fighter planes and sky pirate airships.
These are a few of my favourite things.

The answer will be add it to the list and we'll put it to the vote when we choose next years Group Builds.
There is of course nothing to stop anyone building whatever they want at anytime and starting a thread for it but I must admit  its more fun when accompanied by a group of like minded nutters.
