Well, before the Portuguese Air Force was created in 1952, there was only the army air corps, in PT, "Aeronáutica Militar" and the navy had the " Forças Aéreas da Armada". After the creation of the PoAF, all aeronautical services were merged into it.

There's also the wonderfully verbose 'People's Liberation Army Navy Air Force' of mainland China. I suppose their leaders would maintain that as the entire country is 'of the People' that that air arm DOES contain the country's name within it.

I wonder how that would look written out in full on a fighter like the J-15... the font size would probably be very small... size 10 or smaller?
