How about a Fire-Fighting GB?

There's a plethora of ground vehicles obviously, both civilian and adapted military, plus water-bombing or fire-watch aircraft, and fire-fighting tenders/tugs for the naval guys. All in nice bright colour schemes of course, plus it's risky enough to interest the military fans while being virtuous enough to please the pacifists.

Well that is one I might be interested in if I could enter my partly built Sunderland ---

Piston to jet/jet to piston

That sounds interesting - lots of potential and more challenging than just markings/livery variants.

Fire fighting added to list. It's a long list !

Re 'Piston to jet/jet to piston' might I suggest a slight change to 'prop to jet/jet to prop'? That allows for turboprops to be swapped out for jets as well, which is just as radical a change. Imagine a turbofan-powered C-130.....

Yes I like that nuance change- gives it a bit broader range- I have a turboprop idea as well....

Or a turboprop B-52 using Tu-95 bits....

Or a turbo-prop B-60 (swept wing B-36)

Using some of these I've already made up

But with these props from a Tradewind instead of the Wyvern props

You been reading my mind ?

Seriously the other Dragon 1/200 kit I bought was the Tu 95. Plan is to call it the Convair something or other and have it as the back up design for the B-52 ? Anyway some get built and it will be in full Vietnam era camouflage but just being used over the "safer" environment below the DMZ.

Re piston/jet etc my notes say to make the poll choice broader and call it vice/versa - so any engine swaps, helicopter to aircraft, car to boat etc, etc
