On the march to the tube this morning I had a GB idea: Celebrity GB.

Assume the persona of a famous person, build a physical model as though you were them. 
Rule 1 - declare who you are.
Rule 2 - only one taker per character. First cone, first served.
Rule 3 - character may be dead or alive.
Rule 4 - first post when claiming to be a character to include a link to their biography on Wikipedia.
Rule 5 - character may be a politician, sports person, historical figure, entertainer - just need a Wikipedia entry.
Rule 6 - there is no rule 6.

3 way tie for first. If it stays that way then they will be the 3 GB's of the season. However I really get the feeling I'll be organising a run off, or two  :rolleyes:

Question re one of the front runners.

In the Navy. I assume this is not just about ships, but naval aircraft and marine forces would be included as well ? Although in the latter case would it only be where the Marines are an integral part of the Navy (as in the UK) ?

Doesn't bother me as I might actually get a long planned ship project launched  ;D

As I seem to have gone all Royal Australian Marines mad, I'd like to say "Marines included". :tank:

However, I do have some RAN projects that I need some impetus to start, so I'll say "Navy only" (for purely selfish reasons). ;D

Given the front runners at the moment, I could combine the 3 GB, building a Soviet Navy model from an old Frog/Novo kit, start with the first GB, and MAYBE, it's a BIG maybe, I could finish it by the end of the last GB.  ;D  :banghead:
Owing to the current financial difficulties, the light at the end of the tunnel will be turned off until further notice.
