That's worth a Whiffing!
Of course you could turn it into a theme park with a rollercoaster using N or Z scale model train scenery parts.

Did the Minas Gerais have an elevator well that could be turned into a Wall of Death?

Years ago I paid good money to view what was billed as Britains' last surviving wall of death.
I'm not sure what impressed me most.  That they performed using vintage Indian Boardtrackers (and a go kart) or the way the whole wooden structure (atop which the spectators perched to look down upon the action) swayed and rocked as the bikes went round.

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

I've had similar ideas rolling around for years. A floating holiday resort, with a helipad, small golf course, pools, tennis courts, etc. Go for it!

A 1/220th aircraft carrier is still pretty big!

I remember Richard Thompson introducing this song in Oxford, A girl had asked him to play that song about the Water Bed. I don't do a song about a water bed he replied. Yes you do, the one the goes " Let me ride on your water bed one more time".

;D

I've seen the same Wall of Death that Fred did on several occasions. Highly impressive.
