Well let's see.

The main body and 'wings' are a cut-down solar panel from a Darth Vader TIE Fighter.

The big brown panel with an oval hole in it is the gun shield from a Pak-37.

A lot of the other bits look like artillery components too, but I'm not well up enough on guns to ID them.

The 'pyramidized rectangles' on the top and front are air-intake covers from an AFV, but I can't place which one (I should be able to but my brain won't work... )
