Thanks. Glad you're doing it. It's a movie I like a lot.
Have seen a beautiful build (with diorama) in Germany 2 years ago.

Yes a good old movie from about the 1950-1960s. Story was that (in WW2 in the Pacific theatre) they had to repaint the sub but had inadequate quantities of red and white paint. So the instruction was issued to mix the paints to make the paint stretch for the entire repaint. Then the japanese painted one of these pink and snuck in somewhere and caused mayhem - so the word went out to sink all pink subs.  Great entertainment for a lazy weekend.
