Newark Air Museum held a V-bombers tribute last weekend, and, as usual, we provided a 'few' models.

Somehow. I personally managed to fill 3 tables with Whifs....

Ok, the Bucc isn't a whif....

and a couple from my colleague (yes, that IS a 1/48 RAF B-1B!)

Centre piece of our stand was my V-bomber trio...(and my Vulcan B.3 in the background)

Between two of us, we managed to fill 7 tables.....

Some very nice whiffs there. Is that one a TSR-2 with swing wings? :o Love the F-35 (?) in Raspberry Ripple. And the F-19 is always so nostalgic to see

Captain Canada

Very nice. Great collection to peruse for sure ! Let me guess, everybody tried to purchase the V-bomber trio ?

CANADA KICKS arse !!!!

Long Live the Commonwealth !!!
Vive les Canadiens !
Where's my beer ?

NARSES2

Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

I wish.... I was trying to sell them.  Valiant got a lot of interest.  One guy wanted it but didn't have enough on him....

Thank you.

Yes, part of my growing TSR-2 timeline.  The VG TSR-2.  Tornado nose, F-14 wings.  The only one I didn't take was my big wing PR version.
The reason the for the raspberry ripple is that it's an X-35, and I didn't feel right doing it in operational colours, considering the amount of differences.
I have a second F-19, which I plan to do as an FAA aircraft, with a lot of modification.

I'm curious about that round wing plane between the Hornet and the Typhoon (Pics 1&2)

I can't see a Typhoon anywhere on the display............
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Me too. Looks almost like a F-15 with scale-o-rama wings (with the massive joint removed) and vertical tails (installed backwards) from the Monogram F-19. ;D

Sorry, Mistook the Delta winger on the second pic for a typhoon. Had to Shove my face to the screen to notice the lack of canards.
