I think Belcher Bits do a nice RCN set. One of the CDN manufacturers anyway.

Thanks Brad. I'm not keen on the scheme with the more aqua fuselage but the other pic is great.

Heres my home mixed blue/grey. 75% Azure & 25% Dark Sea Grey.
Bottom half is Pastel Green.
All Vallejo colours.

Still needs some touch ups and red intakes.

Very nice, I've always liked the Banshee and the McDonnell Phantom from which the Banshee originated. Got one of those in the stash too, a Rare-Jet vacuform IIRC.

Thanks folks. No more pics no until she's done.

Fiddley bit are go.
Painted the intakes and exhausts today and the undercarriage wells and an anti glare panel and the canopy and the cockpit rim.
Also the undercarriage and UC doors and weapons pylons. Forgot to paint the hook.
I lost a fin off of one of the kit rockets so I dug out an old Airfix Harrier GR3 I have been raiding for parts and removed 4 sneb pods to use.

Coincidentally at around the same time the Banshee entered RAN service.

Wiki gives no dates but lists them being fitted to Hunters, Lightnings and A-26s amongst others.
