<...> Now, how about a 1/72 MiG 21 next Eduard...
Don't know whether it will be next in line, but they've got one in the pipeline. Straight from the horse's mouth:

Quote<...> the success in terms
of kit sales is a good reason to
continue on with the {1/48 MiG-21}MF in the future.
It would make sense that 1/72nd
scale kit and its versions should be
next. It is a very frequent question,
weather we intend to release
1/72nd scale MiG-21s, and the
answer is yes.

Must, then, my projects bend to the iron yoke of a mechanical system? Is my soaring spirit to be chained down to the snail's pace of matter?

I physically put my hand over my dropped jaw in shock. That is simply stunning! The detail, the parts breakdown...it has canopy and door latches, for crying out loud! So many options, so many spare bits!

I'M TRYING TO GET OUT OF 1/72, GODDAMMIT!!!!

Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

You mean you DON'T have a standing order with Eduard's main factory Lee?  :o

NARSES2

I noticed he used the plural "them". How many did you get and what are they like ?
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Well, it is The Wooksta, & I've noticed "a" & "it" aren't in the same vocabulary group as "Spitfire" for him. ;) ;D

You can never buy Spitfires singly.  That's just being a big girls blouse.

Um, may I point out that I have a Spitfire (1/48) in the stash? ;D

(I had 2 others, in the Devil's scale (1/72), but they turned into the Surefire.)

Got 2 Sea Hurricanes, though!

It appears that as well as having all the best songs El Diablo also has the best scale...

So true, so very true.  ;D

I naively thought I had a lot of Spitfire kits (92 at the last census) until I met Lee, and he's probably got a HUNDRED times as many as me!  :o
