Thanks, I have signed up there to be informed of news... And the triple P-38 is for sure a good idea for next Christmas! Thanks again!

It's cool that you posted those links, Captain. ;) I'm finding a lot of cool aircraft from that guy's shop, and at reasonable prices too. I may have to pick up some stuff in the future. There's some cool German flying wing designs I like.

Modeling isn't just about how good the gluing or painting, etc. looks. It's also about how creative and imaginative you can be with a subject.
My modeling philosophy is: Don't build what everyone else has done. Build instead what nobody has seen or done before.

Captain Canada

Ya he's got some great stuff for some great prices eh !

Now that's damn interesting....along the lines I'm working at the moment. How to get a pair of eyes, a gunsight and some guns up to altitude as fast as possible  ;D.

AVPRO EXINT pods in 1/48th and 1/72nd:

EXINT Pod info: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Exint_pod

They were at least fit checked on the Harrier and Apache. As far as is known, they were never actually test-flown, although rumours persist of them being used for SPECFOR ops on helicopters.

Good article and more pics here: http://www.thinkdefence.co.uk/2014/04/exint-pod/

That has to be the weirdest underwing store ever, apart from the famous Skyraider borne toilet perhaps.  ;D
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

Would have made a great James Bond moment: check out the serial number on that F-35 in the last pic in the article... ;D

ACTUALLY, that'd be a good idea for a GB wouldn't it? Make a vehicle/gadget from a James Bond movie: either a better/different version of a real movie or an entirely invented one....

That's a VERY good idea H, we'll have to suggest that for the next tranche (an aviation technical term  ;D) of GBs.
