I always build slowly and being on permanent nights is no help either

That's why they got rid of the guy in the back, to reduce weight!

Found and dug out this build from the back of my modelling bench and promtly found a couple of spots that needed some filler as there were depressions in the fuselage sides  :banghead:

Those two little spots turned out to be just the tip of the proverbial iceberg! There was a great big depression along the whole side that needed filling.  :banghead:

It was fairly subtle but its one of those things. Once you know about it you just have to do something about it as its so obvious even when its just a slight defect and hardly noticeable  :banghead:

Your effort will be worth it. This is my favourite WIP on here.

Thank you. I am enjoying this build other than all the PSR that I keep finding that it needs  :banghead: :banghead:

Right, another resurrection post as I start to get my mojo back.

I had been fiddling around doing the odd little bit of PSR on the fuselage side of this build over the last year or so and eventually decided to have another go at priming it after what felt to my finger tips to be a successful sanding session. We will see in a couple of days time as I am usually occupied on a Friday evening these days but I have some time on Saturday that I could get to work on models.

Does anyone know what colour the interior of the wheel wells were on the Firefly by any chance?

Starting to get places with this build again. First coat of proper paint other than primer has been applied.
