Just a quick tip, don't leave models in the baking light of the summer sun...
Don't let ageing get you down, it's too hard to get back up

Oh my life, that looks terminal!  :banghead:

Such a pity, but very cogent at this time of year, we had 34 C here y'day, phew!
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Allan

happen to me from time to time when I paint a model in the garage in summer and leave it here uncovered......it almost melts in the heat...

Is this for the Salvador Dali GB?

I'm sorry for your loss, but look on the bright side - lots for the parts box.

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Oh bugger ! I don't think I've ever seen that before. Bit like the rails on Southern Region
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Just exhibit it as it is, and tell JMN objectors that it actually happened in Oman some years ago.  I'm sure that you can come up with an appropriate back story.

Check the parts box for replacement parts. Looks too nice to just toss.

You could say that it was tropical trials for a new rotor blade that was a composite plastic material which unfortunately could not take the heat.
