The story of this model is rather unusual, as the design and most of the building was made by a friend... 10 years (or more !) ago.
Alas, all his energy was exhausted on this project, and before finishing, he was bored... :-\
I remarked this poor dusty ship abandoned on one of his shelves, and he give it to me as a new challenge...
So after a washin soapy water, i have added some details, and give her finally a realistic but weary finishing...

It's definitely a kind of joint venture... ;D

The humbrol tin can gives you an idea about the size. it's a bit huge... ;D

Captain Canada

Whoa ! Now that is cool ! Very well done. The main 'hull' lineage is pretty easy to spot, the rest not so much. Excellent job guys and I'm glad you followed it through !

Well I don't know all of what went into that but as the Captain says that's a B-24 for the forward fuselage. I also spotted parts from a Viggen, F-14 and Su-7 as well, defiantly a build that clears out the spares box

Indeed... Sharp view ! ;) And also parts from a star wars star destroyer (mainly seen on the bottom), x wing for some guns, 2 star wars rebel transports (pods at end of the wings) and many small bits...

Lovely.  The trick with a build like this is knowing when to stop.  I reckon between the two of you you got it spot on.

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

I'm seeing B-24 Liberator, F-14 Tomcat, MiG 21, SW rebel transports, look like Gundam bits on top of the wings & assorted "found objects".

Very, very, very cool!

Excellent work from both of you!
You and your friend have got a wild imagination, and like Kerick said, he should be invited to join us!

What a stunning model !!!!!!, every detail is super cool and the paint scheme is so good i could not work out the size until i saw the humbrol can, from the hoses and piping on top to the incredible weathering . this model could not be improved on ,and should be used as a studio model for some show  , yes you can see some kits in there but its how they blend in that works so well ,the design is very very realistic sci fi i would buy this if it was a kit , ive seen some amazing designs out there but there's something very special about this look, You could just see this landing on some dusty planet with vertical thrusters on full kicking up dust
