Usually I don't like realism, but these wrecks are like "the bad side of Reality", and this is comforting me... ;)

At first I'm thinking 'A BoB period Spitfire with a four bladed prop?' and then I realised that the 109 was Merlin powered.........  ;D ;) :banghead:
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

I used to have the Mosley book (Not sure if I still do, or whether it was one of the irreplaceable victims of the 2001 Great Shed Flood.) & you've captured the cover perfectly!
