Ironically, made by a Growler ;D
"Inconceivable!"

"You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means."

Too funny.. man I'm glad for all the seriousness that our service members have a sense of humor and know how to have fun.

That said... I'd imagine the Growler driver(s) were in some hot water after that maneuver.   ;D ;D ;D

The Springfield Mile !

Just before I emigrated to Canada in 1980, I went to a dirt track race in Exeter Devon UK in late 1979. It featured Kenny Roberts, Dave Aldana and some other Americans (can't remember who though) and they took on the best of the European Long Track stars. The USA team rode 750 Yamaha twins and the Europeans their normal long track bikes. The impression I got of watching Roberts and Aldana doing wheelies down the straights at over 100 mph has remained with me ever since ----   :o

Fantastic bunch of photos Todd

That has to be one of the very few F-14's on display at a museum in the USA. I saw another in Palm Springs a couple of years ago.
