Finishing up the sanding with 800 and time to think about the paintjob. I was thinking about a worn dull aluminium all over. with rainmarkings, rust etc.... and some faded civilian marking as the CIA doesn't want the plane to be related to them. Dunno how to create (partly) faded markings, but alas!

So, some input from you guys is very much appreciated.

Thanks for your suggestions. Your suggestions really helped me getting closer to de decision on the livery. The cheatline sure will be used. I also thought about the Zenrat industries livery as it's really smart. But it might be a little too eye catching for the purpose i made up in the story.. So I thought about someting live this:

Although I think it's a bit to dark colored. So was more thinking about light ghost grey just like the A-10:

So imagine a lighter colored variant of the DHC-8's with a dark grey cheatline, Red wing tips and tail tips, no titles only a civil registration. Do you get the picture? What do you reckon? Maybe a bit boring?

David, in no matter what colour scheme you use this is going to look unreal. It is totally cool nuts

Your plans a goodun.  I'd make it a dark red so it looks civil until you start to think about the colours used.
