Thank you all for checking it out, and glad it works now, Captain Canada.  I added your shots to a couple of the locations, with credit (I think I spelled your name right...)

And now, drumroll please: The International Aviation Museum Guide map has 2126 museums on it, 12065 display planes (gate guards, air parks, assorted other locations,) and 2035 miscellaneous entries (mostly memorials but also pubs with aviation memorabilia, etc.)

And the associated Facebook group has more than 100k members!  It took 8 years to get to 10k.  4 more days to get to 20k.  Things have slowed down a bit, but we hit 100k six weeks after 10k.  Thanks for all your contributions.

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Thanks, folks.  A labor of love.  Astonished that it has taken off.  A bit more work now, but we have so many amazing posts from members.

Bangladesh, at 23.833445552615995, 90.39826904548201, there's a MiG-19 beside the MiG-21

Just took a Google drive and managed to find the exact location of the Boulton Paul Defiant sculptures in Wolverhampton, intersection of The Droveway and Leybourne Crescent:

There is also a memorial plaque in front of them, visible, but unreadable, on Google Street view. More info here: Black Country History

Another location you may wish to include is the parking lot for the Mach Loop

Not aircraft related, but perhaps of interest, is the remains of a Mulberry Harbour, easily seen from the beach at Shoeburyness

Updated Defiants, added Mach Loop parking, thanks!  I think the Mulberry is a bit beyond our scope, though interesting.

As some of you might remember I have my own museum lists online, on the site www.modelerjoe.net.
Well, I cannot afford to renew that site, so they are going offline for a little while until I sort out a new platform that isn't quite so expensive.

In want of hobby space!  The kitchen table is never stable.  Still managing to get some building done.

Please let us know when it comes back.  Sorry I hadn't seen it.
