Well Airfix have just released a P-40B in 1/48.

All you need now is the missile and the girlie in the same scale.  ;D
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

You cannot tie a woman to a missile and fire it! It totally throws of the C of G.

Ah, yes, but do you model the P-40 as in Real Life or as in the cover art?

And the bomb bay.

Is that what that is?! Well, then, of course!   ;) ;D

I think I see it, could hold a 250 pounder.

More "stubby" looking, too..   like radial engine spacing with inline looks.

I just love the way these publications were marketed at full grown men until at least the mid 60's. My old dad used to pick similar types up from a stall in Brixton market whilst I would get a Superman or similar US Comic (not Batman, couldn't see the point). No idea what my mum thought about it all

Are you on Twitter? If so, check out the source: there are WAY more eye-popping examples than this.

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Nope I'm not on Twitter and currently don't intend to join, but I'm fully aware of what this whole genre could be  like
