I'm thinking of simply using the Bronco's wings, booms, fins and tail with this 'pod' for a single engine jet COIN. Where the turboprops were will be miniguns or rotary cannons. It will also use the Bronco's main landing gear but it will be built with it's wheels up so I don't need to scratch up a nosewheel and associated bay for it etc...

The wings and fin from what was the Boomerang II are all whole and I'll probably keep them aside for when I build another Boomerang II.

The Bronco cabin is going to be grafted onto a AH-64 kit that came with no clear parts for a scout/attack helicopter most likely.

Late news:
- last week my little sister wrote me she has ordered the F-5 1/144th for my birthday (at the end of December), yeah!
- this weekend I crossed the Channel Sea with my son and wife to visit "the biggest toystore in the World!", in Regent Street, London. The goal was to buy two toys for him and one for me (a little model kit, OV-10 1/144th probably). But there, my son had a so huge smile, like in Heaven, we bought 6 toys for him and zero for me... He concluded "this day is wonderful!". I am a happy father, but... coming back home, I ordered the OV-10 1/144 for myself...
(in the store, there were mainly the Revell collection, and the Airfix one, but this one was featured with fire explosion boxarts everywhere and I felt uncomfortable: I am not a war-lover but a pacifist lunatic... anyway, back home, the order has been made, and this F-5OV/OV-105 pair will come to life late this month )

The second parcel (F-5 Tiger, probably, gift from my sister) just arrived, but I will not open the parcel before December 25th (after Santa Claus comes and lets it in place without taking it away in case I have been naughty - my son is 7 year old and still believes in this, or almost...)

Hey, you're like me.. I get a lot of things early but I refuse to open any of it until Christmas day. I figure what's the point of having a holiday if you just celebrate it any old time you want?!

Now building the models has started (with the fuselage of the F-5, 4 parts). But the span of the Bronco wing is still too big for the room I have, I consider a tandem wing layout, with 2 half-wing...
