Just received from the Big H.
2X MiniWings Plastic 1/144 RQ-4B Global Hawk, one USAF and one NATO.
From initial plastic fondling it looks like a nice wee kit.
I am thinking one will have to be British, either RAF or Royal Navy, and maybe the other could be Scottish Air Force, to be used for all sorts of tasks, as should bumbling idiots politicians prevail, and we separate from the UK that is all we would be able to afford.

from ebay

1 x 1/72 Eduard Weekend Edition Spitfire Mk.IXc late version

I intend to buy more partly due to Lee singing its praises but also several builds on other sites. Looks great, tons of spares and there is a possibility of my using this for the one week GB.

I picked up a couple of the "overtrees boxings" at Telford on the back of what Lee was saying. Superb kit,  you'll enjoy it
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

I actually haven't finished the first of the Eduard Spitfires I've bought, but from little I have done on the first I suggest removing the locator pins on the trailing edges of the wings for a better fit.

The late Neville is getting pretty famous on box arts these days, the Airfix P-40 is one of his aircraft too.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

I sold a bunch of wargaming minis to finance a couple of models I've been after for a while and used the rest to pay bills and buy groceries (but you guys don't need to see that!):

Scalemates says the Endeavour boxart is the original 1962 issue. And I got it for less than AU$50. Wow.
