- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Ah memories of France in the 60's and 70's  ;D Used to be one of those converted into a fish and chip van somewhere in London (can't remember where exactly  :banghead:) that me and my mates used to frequent

Meanwhile the stash has gained a 1/72 I.B.G. Pzl 42. Either Poland 1940 (the German invasion slips a year as the Soviets are still engaged in their Far East. Zukhov in a Ghulag) or maybe Romania 1941 ?

Heller 1/24 Citroën Fourgon Type H

Jealous.

It looks pretty good, typical Heller 'silver grey' mouldings, includes a full drivetrain,
has the parts for a 1957 or a 1964 version, which includes entire body fronts for both
(grill, hood and windscreen moulded in clear styrene!?) and differently shaped rear wheel
openings.

I'll be doing the split windscreen, round wheel opening 1957 version, so next is to figure
out what to do with that spare front end.
;D

I have that one too :
I thought about reusing it for a mask on a figurine head, a bit darth vador like ...

Miles of Plastruct tubing of various sizes and more miles of Evergreen sections as well. At last I can get on with the bracketry on the Monterey's beaching trolley.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Sounds great.  I've long wanted one.  No idea why or what i'd do with it.
Some sort of food service van maybe.  Scratch up an interior.
ISTR one used to sell coffee from in Brighton when I lived in the UK.

Had a stroke of luck today and found two vehicle kits i've been after for a while (one which was proving impossible to find here at a price I was I was willing to pay) on a website where I would normally only look at aircraft and armour kits.  Both at an acceptable price so I ordered them and they should arrive on Monday along with something i've bought off of KiwiZac.

Finally found one of these at a price I could live with.  Great shape!! Factory sealed and the lovely box didn't have a blemish anywhere!  $12 including shipping and everything!!

I had a request to make this one Cuban so that's what I plan to do. Using revolutionary Cuban radar absorbing paint it will be painted in a two tone dark and even darker blue.  Not sure how to go about making the "fin flash" but I'll figure something out.
