Done. Voting was easier than expected!

That's because when all your builds are removed (a gentleman never votes for himself) there are only three left for you to vote for anyway.
;D ;D ;D

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Dave, why does the indicator at the top not show how the voting is going in terms of position in the voting?

Not sure what you mean Jim.  First post on the thread I thought explained all.
Maybe he has the same problem as me. I have voted, see the list with the ones I voted in bold, but NO numbers of votes for each buils as usual.
Owing to the current financial difficulties, the light at the end of the tunnel will be turned off until further notice.

But as Kitbasher says - it explains in the first post that "The results will only appear after the poll has closed." I was also confused at first, but I suppose we'll just have to live with the mounting excitement until the big reveal ;D
Oh to be whiffing again :-(

PR19_Kit

I imagine that theory behind NOT listing the results as they're voted is to stop the 'halo factor' setting in.

That is the more popular models getting more votes just BECAUSE they're more popular.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Regards
Kit

But, Kit, as usually results appear only after one has voted, and votes cannot be changed, there shouldn't be a risk of an halo factor.

Hi,

Wow ! It was reaaaaaaaally difficult to select only 3 kits ! Each kit desserve a medal (... I didn't say which metal it would be   ;D  ).

Congratulations to all of you

That's good.  I hate it when someone doesn't even get one vote.

Ok. My votes are in. As others have said, it was a hard choice. As I was scrolling through the entries, I realized I forgo not add my build log to my post as well. Whoops.

I was also thinking "I should've added holy water rockets..." ;)
Thanks!

That and several other possibilities.

In all honesty I'm quite relaxed about either type of poll being used
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Dizzyfugu

Me too. Except for placing my vote(s), there's hardly any other influence - but actually I prefer not to know the status while the voting is still open.

I just hope we can activate as many forum members as possible for the poll - the more, the better.

zenrat

I can be influenced by others votes if I can see the standings before I vote.  But it tends to be an "anti-halo" effect where I deliberately don't vote for the leaders in a (usually futile) attempt to catch up the underdogs.

What turnout do we get Chris?  Should we have compulsory voting with miscreants fined a kit from their stash?  ;D

Strangely I'm the same.  ;D

Not sure actually so I may do some analysis after the voting ends. However it's a fair percentage of the Forums active membership. You can't use the total membership numbers for various reasons.

62 have voted so far.  Still a two horse race at the moment.
