Thank you everyone.

Kit - I think its Nat as in Nat West followed by the fj sound as in fjord and then arl as in, umm Marley.  It means night moth.

You can almost pronounce that Nat Ferrari ? Not quick enough though  ;D
The voice feature in Google Translate gives a pretty OK pronunciation:

Thanks folks.

Sprightly eh?  Good name for a future build.  Maybe another Tiger Moth morphed into the De Havilland Sprightly...

Fred

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Brings visions of a Tiger Moth boosted into the air with a dh Super Sprite rocket motor. Wooooooooah!  :o
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Kit

The DH Sprightly - A ZeLL Moth launched with the aid of the rocket motor from a converted Queen Mary Trailer.

;D

At least in USA, there have been some show pilots adding jet engines to their biplanes. Stearmans or something about that size.
... or a turboprop on what otherwise looks like a Pitts Model 12.

Looking at some pics of the Super Sprite makes me think it may be BIGGER than a Tiger Moth!  :o

It relaxes me.
Stressfull day?  Sit down and spend an hour brush painting a model focussing on nothing more than flowing the colour out to fill the pattern smoothly.

absolutely : even in monochrome liveries it works  ;D

I took this to the Ballarat NNL at the weekend.
I noticed two blokes looking at it and sidled over to eavesdrop.
They were discussing how tricky it must have been to mask the camo.
I didn't have the heart to tell them it was drawn up in pencil and brush painted.
