Why, 112 of course... she has to have a Sharkmouth.

January 1943 - Western Desert - No.3 Squadron RAAF

There was a knock on the office door, and Squadron Leader Gibbes looked up from the paperwork on his desk to see an agitated Flight Sergeant practically jumping up and down. "Sorry to bother you, Sir, but I thought you'd better to come and see the new planes we've been sent" I thought we were getting more Kittyhawks Flight?" "That's what we were told, but we've been sent something rather different"

Grabbing his Cap, Gibbes stood up and followed the Flight Sergeant outside and over to the dispersal site. As they walked over, the sound of engines could be heard bellowing across the sand, something different to the normal Kittyhawk engine noise. Rounding a corner, Gibbes gasped at the sight confronting him - gull-winged, radial engined monsters. "What are these doing here? I thought the Corsair was a Navy beast?" "Admin cock-up Sir, and we can't send them back" "In that case, get 'em coded and we'll just have to learn how to fly and maintain them. Should give the enemy a bit of a surprise though" Gibbes grinned and went back to his paperwork.

Did they install arrestor wires across the desert landing strips?  ;D

It looks really good in that scheme.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

The Wooksta!

Ideal for short strips with arrestor wires on partisan held areas in enemy territory, such as the Greek islands.

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the paint in those little tubs was.
