There's a real 1:1 scale one of them that's a gate guardian at Ashchurch Depot about 30 miles north of me. It looks suitably undefeatable from the road....

Kit, that thing is huge ---- I seem to remember the one at Bovington Tank Museum the time or two I went there, but it was years ago. I didn't take it in that the tank was British for some reason.

That kits $73 + postage from my usual on line source.  From this bloke its $25.

Hmm, that's pretty bloody-minded of them. I can't recall them changing it over and that screenie is dated Sept last year.

I wonder what they did with the Conqueror?

Can I ask people who've bought from this seller: did you use paypal or did you give credit card details?

Ebay is refusing to process a Paypal payment for me, but as far as I can see, the seller accepts them and there's no problem with either my Ebay or Paypal accounts.

I had problems using PayPal (but I haven't used my account for ages), so used the credit card payment, which went through PayPal anyway, without any problems.
